WHAT THEY NEED

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care Operating Room (OR) or specialized CVOR experience.

LICENSURE: Active Florida RN license or valid Compact/Multistate RN license (with Florida licensure obtained within 60 days of relocation).

CERTIFICATIONS: Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) within 30 days of hire; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS/ENPC) within 6 months of hire.

CLINICAL SCOPE: Direct experience or readiness to manage complex cardiovascular cases, including open-heart surgery, interventional procedures, and general surgical care during non-cardiac OR rotations.

RESPONSE TIME: Ability to fulfill on-call requirements (approximately 10-15 shifts per month) and arrive at the facility within a 30-minute call response window.
