What They Need

Outpatient Leadership: Demonstrated success leading operations within an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital outpatient surgical department.

Financial & P&L Acumen: Strong background managing operating budgets, capital allocation, vendor contracts, and revenue cycle performance.

Physician Relations Mastery: A natural communicator capable of cultivating strong partnerships with surgeons, medical staff, and governing boards.

Clinical Background (Preferred): An RN license combined with business leadership experience is highly advantageous.

Specialty Familiarity: Experience or familiarity with orthopedic and complex spine surgical service lines is preferred.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; minimum of 2+ years of senior-level healthcare management experience.
