WHAT THEY NEED
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida or compact state equivalent.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
3 to 5 years of dedicated Pre-Op RN experience in a fast-paced surgical setting.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to acquire within 30 days of start date).
Strong leadership traits with proven ability to mentor staff, optimize patient throughput, and champion patient-first quality initiatives.
