A distinguished regional healthcare provider is actively seeking a visionary Administrative Director of Surgical Services to oversee dynamic perioperative operations. This leadership role demands a strategic nurse executive capable of directing a high-volume surgical department, spearheading a massive facility expansion, and cultivating a culture of clinical distinction, interdisciplinary trust, and operational efficiency. Directing 75 FTEs and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will drive quality outcomes, elevate the patient experience, and shepherd major capital growth initiatives in a modern acute care environment.

What They Need
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program is required; Master’s Degree (MSN, MHA, or MBA) preferred.
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for state licensure.
Minimum of 2 years of proven administrative director-level experience in Surgical Services within an acute care hospital setting.
At least 3 years of hands-on, progressive clinical leadership experience within acute care perioperative environments.
Demonstrated mastery in managing multi-specialty surgical volume, including high-level Trauma, Orthopedic, Neuro/Spine, Cardiovascular, and Vascular suites.
Expertise in departmental budget management, labor productivity optimization, capacity expansion, and capital project oversight.
