What They Need
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strictly required; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of recent experience as a Director of Surgical Services within an acute care setting.
Clinical Background: Minimum of 3+ years of overall applicable experience in an acute care surgical services environment.
Operational Scale: Proven capability to direct a large-scale department containing 167 FTEs and 3 direct-report managers across OR, CVOR, Endoscopy, SPD, Anesthesia, and EVS.
Fiscal Acumen: Advanced skills in capital budget forecasting, productivity management, labor optimization, and supply-chain efficiency.
