What They Need

An active Registered Nurse license with a required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 1 year of recent, proven leadership experience in Surgical Services as a Director or an exceptionally strong Managerial background.

Minimum of 3 or more years of hands-on, applicable clinical experience within Surgical Services.

Strategic operational oversight of 10 Main OR suites and the Sterile Processing Department, managing diverse specialties outside of ortho, spine, and joint lines.

Proven ability to forecast budgets, manage labor productivity, optimize patient throughput, and ensure strict legal and regulatory compliance.

A collaborative communicator capable of aligning with the VP of Surgical Services, peer directors, and medical staff to elevate patient satisfaction and employee engagement.
