What They Need

Academic Credentials: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is strictly required; a Master's Degree is highly preferred.

Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1 year of recent, high-level leadership experience within Surgical Services as a Director or a highly accomplished Surgical Services Manager with large-scale oversight.

Clinical Background: At least 3 years of hands-on, applicable experience within Surgical Services environments.

Specialized Familiarity: Prior experience within pediatric, mother-baby, NICU, or labor and delivery environments is highly preferred (staff-level experience in these areas is accepted).

Operational Acumen: Proven capability in volume forecasting, budget stabilization, labor management, clinical quality compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
