What They Need

Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of recent, full-time acute care OR leadership experience acting as a Charge Nurse, Coordinator, Supervisor, or Manager. (Please note that relief charge experience does not qualify for this permanent management role).

Clinical Foundation: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on RN experience within an acute care Operating Room setting, supported by an Associate Degree in Nursing or a Registered Nurse Diploma.

Active Credentials: A valid Registered Nurse license, with BCLS required within 30 days of hire, and ACLS and PALS certifications obtained within the first 6 months. CNOR certification is highly preferred.

Operational Mastery: The ability to lead, schedule, and mentor a robust team of approximately 50 to 80 dedicated FTEs and PRN staff across multiple specialized surgical departments.

Commute Feasibility: Candidates must currently reside, or plan to relocate, within a 45-minute radius of the surgical facility to ensure rapid operational responsiveness.
