What They Need
Academic Credentials: A completed Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) paired with an active Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a closely related field.
Proven Leadership Tenure: A minimum of 5+ years of progressive, permanent leadership and operational oversight specifically within an acute care surgical services setting.
Demonstrated Stability: A career history that reflects longevity and dedication; candidates with frequent job changes, extensive travel contracts, or interim-only histories will not be considered.
Strategic & Operational Mastery: Proven expertise managing a high-volume throughput of 600–700 cases per month across multi-specialty lines including Neuro, Spine, CV, Ortho, and Surgical Oncology.
Clinical Acumen: While not required, direct experience overseeing Cardiovascular Operating Rooms (CVOR) is highly desirable and will be considered a distinct advantage.
