What They Need

Educational Background: Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is highly preferred.

Licensure & Certification: Active Registered Nurse license for the State of Texas or a Multi-State Compact License. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required; CNOR certification is preferred.

Clinical Experience: At least 1 year of clinical CVOR experience in an acute care setting, OR a minimum of 3 years of strong general Operating Room experience with a desire to cross-train.

Operational Readiness: Strong understanding of aseptic techniques, sterile field maintenance, and perioperative patient assessment.

Proximity Requirement: Candidates must reside or plan to reside within a 30-minute commutable distance to the facility to accommodate on-call responsibilities.
