What They Need

Clinical Leadership: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.

Proven Experience: At least 1 year of recent leadership experience at the Director or strong Managerial level within Surgical Services.

Surgical Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in Surgical Services, with familiarity in General, Spine, Ortho, Open Heart, and Neuro service lines.

Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage 50–55 FTEs, oversee departmental budgets, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Vision: A leader who ensures strict adherence to Joint Commission standards while fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
