As an RN in the CSICU, you’ll manage complex post-surgical cardiac patients, performing frequent assessments and autonomous clinical decision-making. You'll serve as a patient and family advocate, educating on medications and treatments while delivering the highest quality care with a focus on continuous improvement.

Position Highlights:

--Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

--Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 for night shift hires (based on experience)

Certification Requirements:

--Active RN License (FL license required; compact license holders encouraged to apply!)

--BLS (required)

--ACLS (required within 6 months)

--NIHSS Stroke Certification (required within 30 days)

--BSN preferred

--CCRN a plus (must be obtained within 2 years)

Experience Needed:

--1+ years of acute care ICU or PCU experience required.

--Flexible licensing pathways for out-of-state candidates!

Differentials & Perks:

--Night Shift Differential: +$3/hr

--Weekend Differential: +$2/hr

--Specialty Differential: +$2.50/hr
