Vice President Surgical Services

This is a vice president-level opportunity for a surgical services leader ready to operate at the highest level of acute care. Based in Denver, Colorado, this role puts you in charge of 23 operating rooms across two sites, 750 surgical cases per month, and a team of 125 FTEs. The case mix is elective outpatient-heavy — bariatrics, orthopedics, GYN, plastics, and reconstruction. You will report directly to the Hospital COO, with a Director of Surgical Services and three managers beneath you. One opening. Full-time days, no weekends.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree at minimum; a Master's degree is preferred. Five or more years of progressive surgical services experience in an acute care setting is required, along with at least two to three years of Director-level leadership. Strong credentials in perioperative operations, clinical quality improvement, and high-volume OR management are essential. Multi-site experience and familiarity with elective outpatient case environments are significant advantages.
