The Opportunity
Sterile processing leaders who want genuine scope and a structured career path inside a major acute care system will find this worth a close look. This supervisor role sits at the center of a high-volume OR environment — one running robotics, interventional radiology, a Level II NICU, and a full-service Children's Hospital. The department is busy, the work is consequential, and the opportunity to shape a team and build lasting compliance infrastructure is real.
This is a full-time, permanent position on a day schedule with no weekend requirement. One opening is currently available, and the role is posted for active consideration — qualified candidates who move quickly will get early visibility.
Compensation is competitive based on experience. Relocation assistance is available for candidates coming from outside the area. The facility is a well-resourced, 204-bed acute care campus with established clinical programs and the backing of a large, nationally recognized health system — which translates to operational stability and long-term career runway for the right supervisor.
Candidates must hold a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification or an equivalent credential. A minimum of two to three years of sterile processing experience is required, along with at least one year in a leadership role. Strong working knowledge of sterilization techniques, infection control protocols, and automated sterilization systems is essential. Familiarity with regulatory standards from the Joint Commission, OSHA, CDC, and AAMI is expected. The ability to manage staff and workflow clearly in a fast-paced environment rounds out the profile.
If this fits where you are in your career, reach out directly. Apply through the listing or book a short call to talk through the details before you commit to anything.

The Package
Why Loxahatchee?
Loxahatchee sits on the western edge of Palm Beach County — quieter than the coast, but close enough that you are never more than 20 to 25 minutes from 47 miles of Atlantic shoreline. The area is defined by large acreage parcels, newer construction, and an active equestrian community centered around nearby Wellington. If you have ever wanted land, space, and room to breathe, this corridor of Palm Beach County delivers it at prices that simply do not exist on the barrier island. Florida carries no state income tax, which makes a meaningful difference in take-home pay for anyone relocating from a higher-tax state.
The surrounding community is family-oriented and well-established. Wellington is consistently recognized for the quality of its public schools and extensive park system. Royal Palm Beach offers convenient retail, dining, and services without the congestion of more urbanized areas. For those who want more — arts, nightlife, waterfront dining — West Palm Beach and the coastal towns are a short drive east. The climate is warm year-round, outdoor recreation is woven into daily life, and the pace of the western county is notably different from what most transplants expect when they hear "South Florida." This is a place people come to put down roots.
