What They Need

Clinical Leadership: At least 2 years of recent Acute Care OR leadership experience (Manager, Supervisor, Charge, or Educator roles considered).

Academic Foundation: An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; BSN preferred.

Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Life Support Credentials: Current BCLS (within 30 days) and ACLS/PALS (within 90 days of start).

Operational Mindset: The ability to manage a high-volume unit averaging 25 cases per day across 8 OR beds.
