What They Need
Clinical Leadership: Proven experience as a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager within a surgical setting.
Educational Foundation: An Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required (BSN preferred).
Active Credentials: Current RN licensure in Tennessee or a Compact State and BLS certification.
Departmental Oversight: Ability to manage a diverse team of 50+ direct reports across the OR, Central Sterile, Anesthesia, and First Assist units.
Collaborative Spirit: A professional who thrives on interdepartmental cooperation to improve patient outcomes in a Level III Trauma environment.
