What they need
They are seeking an experienced surgical services leader with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred) and a minimum of one year of recent acute care Director of Surgical Services experience, plus at least three years of progressive perioperative leadership. This role oversees OR, CVOR, endoscopy, anesthesia techs, SPD, and perioperative EVS, supporting 23 ORs, 60–80 cases per day, and more than 18,000 cases annually. Ideal candidates bring strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills, experience in high-acuity surgical programs, and the ability to drive quality, throughput, and growth in a fast-paced environment.
