What they need
They are seeking a Director of Surgical Services with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required) and a Bachelor’s degree overall (required), with a Master’s degree preferred. Candidates should bring at least three years of applicable perioperative leadership experience, with demonstrated oversight of operating rooms, staffing, budgeting, quality, and regulatory compliance. Experience as a Surgical Services Manager ready to step into a Director role will be considered, as will leaders from ambulatory surgery centers. This role oversees approximately 50–60 FTEs, five operating rooms, and a broad surgical portfolio including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ENT, GYN, ophthalmology, breast, and robotic procedures, with roughly 4,000 cases annually.
