What they need
They are seeking an experienced surgical services leader with a minimum of three years of Director-level Surgical Services experience in an acute care setting. This role oversees the full perioperative continuum, including the OR, Pre-Op, PACU, Endoscopy, Sterile Processing, and a PAT clinic. You will lead a team of approximately 80 FTEs with three direct-report managers and oversee 10 operating rooms supporting spine, neuro, open heart, vascular, general, robotics, and colorectal services. Strong expertise in quality outcomes, labor management, budgeting, physician collaboration, and service line growth is essential.
