What they need:
This role requires a skilled CVOR RN with at least two years of recent acute care CVOR experience. You must hold an active RN license (or compact, with Florida licensure required within 60 days of relocation). ACLS and PALS are required within established timeframes. You’ll handle pre-operative assessments, intra-operative responsibilities, surgical site verification, emergency recognition, patient/family education, and consistent application of evidence-based practices. Candidates must be within a 30-minute call radius and comfortable with 10–15 open-heart cases per month, supporting the main OR when cardiac volume is lighter.
