The ideal leader brings at least three years of recent acute care operating room leadership experience, strong decision-making skills, and a passion for elevating care standards. You’ll guide a multidisciplinary team, maintain regulatory excellence, drive quality initiatives, monitor patient outcomes, and ensure a seamless, patient-centered care experience across the surgical service line. Registered Nurse licensure, BLS, and an associate degree are required.
