What You Bring to the Team:
You’re an experienced perioperative leader with at least two years in Surgical Services management, comfortable circulating or scrubbing in the OR when needed. A Bachelor’s in Nursing is required, and a Master’s is preferred. You hold a current Texas or compact RN license and BLS certification, with CNOR encouraged within your first year. You have a passion for engaging diverse teams, driving accountability, and optimizing both patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Overseeing multiple surgical departments—including CVOR, Spine OR, SPD, and Anesthesia Techs—you’ll mentor approximately 60 FTEs and guide surgical volumes across 11 operating rooms and 2 hybrid suites.
