What they need:
You’ll serve as a senior-level technologist handling advanced procedures in a busy cardiovascular environment. At least one year of CVOR and open heart experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates bringing seven or more years and hybrid/endovascular expertise. You must be proficient enough to lead in robotic, total joints, neuro/spine, burn, and vascular surgery, and capable of anticipating surgeon needs in both first and second scrub roles. Certification as a CST or TS-C is required, along with graduation from an accredited surgical technology program. Strong organizational skills, wire technique efficiency, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. On-call availability is required, and candidates must reside within 30 minutes of the facility.
