As a skilled OR Tech II, you’ll play a vital role in the success of every procedure, supporting surgeons, nurses, and patients with precision and professionalism. What they’re looking for:
You bring at least 1 year of hands-on OR Tech experience and the ability to confidently scrub in on complex cases across three of four core specialties: Robotics, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, and Vascular. Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA is preferred, and current BLS certification is required. You’re an efficient, detail-oriented team player who can maintain focus under pressure while ensuring patient safety and procedural excellence.
