What You’ll Bring:
You’re a detail-oriented, quality-driven Sterile Processing leader with at least five years of progressive leadership experience in a high-acuity, multi-service line environment. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing, or a Surgical Technology discipline, and maintain current CSPDT or CRCST certification through IAHCSMM. Your expertise spans operating room instrumentation, infection control, and aseptic technique. You excel at mentoring large teams (80+ FTEs), ensuring quality control, and building seamless collaboration between perioperative and sterile processing departments.
