What They Need:
They’re seeking an experienced leader with a strong Sterile Processing background—at least three years in the field and two in a leadership capacity. A CSPDT or IAHCSMM certification is required, along with solid technical and supervisory skills. You’ll bring expert knowledge of operating room instrumentation, aseptic technique, and infection control, as well as the ability to lead under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SPM workflow systems and surgery center operations is a plus.
