What’s Needed:
We’re seeking an experienced perioperative nurse leader with a strong foundation in OR nursing and team management. A current RN license in New Hampshire is required, with at least 1–3 years of operating room experience. A bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred, and prior charge or supervisory experience is highly valued. You’ll lead a skilled group of RNs, surgical techs, and support staff across 11 OR suites, ensuring quality outcomes, compliance with regulatory standards, and a culture of excellence.
