What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking an accomplished perioperative leader with the vision and drive to elevate surgical performance. A bachelor’s degree in nursing is required; a master’s degree in nursing, business, or healthcare administration is preferred. You bring at least three years of experience in surgical services and three or more years in leadership. A current RN license is required, and certifications such as CNOR or CSSM are highly valued. You should excel in strategic planning, physician relations, operational excellence, and team development.
