Step into a key leadership role directing a specialized Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) program. This full-time, weekday position gives you the freedom to focus exclusively on advanced cardiac surgical services—free from weekend obligations.
What’s Offered
Full-time days with no weekend requirement
Incentive bonus potential up to 17.5%
Relocation and sign-on bonus considered on a case-by-case basis
The opportunity to lead 36 full-time team members in a dedicated six-room CVOR (five traditional, one hybrid)

What’s Needed
RN and BLS licenses, with a Master’s in Nursing or BSN plus MBA/MHA (or related degree)
National nursing leadership certification (or commitment to obtain within one year)
Minimum three years of progressive leadership experience (five preferred)
Proven open-heart surgical experience and strong operational, financial, and regulatory management skills
