What We Need:
We’re searching for a proven OR Nursing Leader ready to step into a dynamic Manager role. This is a weekday business hours position (Monday–Friday) with on-call rotation. You will oversee 11 operating rooms and approximately 40 FTEs, ensuring quality patient care, resource management, and collaborative teamwork.
Qualifications:
Current RN license (state or compact)
Minimum 3 years of recent acute care OR management experience required
BSN preferred
BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or ability to obtain)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to partner with physicians and surgical staff to maintain high standards of care
