What You’ll Get:
Full-time, dayshift (No weekends)
A Sign-On Bonus (relocation available on a case-by-case basis)
Leadership role in a Level III Trauma Center with 8 ORs, including CVOR
Drive quality improvement efforts, manage a dedicated team of 67 FTEs, and elevate patient care standards
Leadership and professional growth in a supportive, values-driven environment
What We Need From You:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 3 years of Director-level Surgical Services experience
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing surgical departments
A focus on quality improvement and patient-centered care
The ability to oversee budgeting, staffing, and patient throughput for maximum efficiency
