What We Offer:
Flexible mixed 10-hour shifts with preferential scheduling posted four weeks in advance
Supportive and visible leadership that listens and values your input
Robust clinical support including CNAs, PCTs, charge nurses, and an internal RN float pool
On-call pay and a generous $15K sign-on bonus
Opportunity to work in a unit with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio for focused, quality care
Relocation assistance considered on a case-by-case basis
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of recent PACU experience in an acute care setting (critical care experience strongly preferred)
Must live within 30 minutes of the facility to meet on-call obligations
Required certifications: BLS (within 30 days), ACLS and PALS (within 60 days)
Current RN license and Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing
