What We’re Looking For:

🔗3+ years of Director-level Surgical Services leadership—or extensive Manager-level experience in a large facility

🔗Bachelor's degree required (BSN preferred); Master’s degree a plus

🔗Proven ability to lead large interdisciplinary teams and manage full operational budgets

🔗Expertise in trauma-level surgical environments with complex patient populations

🔗Hands-on experience with OR throughput, clinical quality initiatives, and staff development
