What You Need to Bring:
✨1-2 years of recent, high-level experience as a Director of Surgical Services in an acute care setting, managing 8 ORs or more
✨Bachelor's degree (required); Master's degree (preferred)
✨Leadership expertise in complex surgical service lines
✨Strong background in budget management, patient safety, and staff development
✨Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to lead and inspire a large, diverse team
✨Experience with quality control, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency
