What We Need:

--2+ years of acute care leadership in Operating Room settings

--5+ years of RN staff-level experience in the Operating Room

--Bachelor's degree in nursing (or higher)

--Texas RN license (or compact state license)

--Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC; CNOR preferred

--Strong clinical knowledge in surgical nursing and leadership skills
