Take charge of cutting-edge surgical services at a state-of-the-art facility! We’re looking for an experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead a dynamic perioperative team in a top-tier medical center. This full-time, day shift position offers an exciting leadership opportunity with NO WEEKENDS. You'll be responsible for the overall operation of our surgical services, from maintaining high standards of patient care to driving operational excellence. We’re seeking a visionary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

--Overseeing a team of 70+ FTEs, including OR and SPD managers

--Managing 11 ORs, 1 GI lab, and advanced robotic systems (DaVinci, Mako)

--Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards

--Driving employee engagement and fostering a positive culture

--Leading performance improvement initiatives in surgical services

Required Qualifications:

--Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Required)

--3+ years in a leadership role in surgical services (Preferred)

--Current RN license (Required)

--Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) or Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) preferred
