What We Need:
🔹Current RN license (CA or eligible for endorsement).
🔹Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
🔹5+ years of progressive surgical leadership experience in a high-volume, complex acute care setting.
🔹Ability to scrub or circulate when needed—hands-on, hybrid leadership is key.
🔹Strong background in business development and physician relationships.
🔹Union experience preferred.
🔹High-energy leader with a proven record of driving results, solving problems, and growing service lines.
