What We Need:
We’re looking for a highly skilled RN with at least one year of Open Heart (CVOR) experience in an acute care setting. A current Florida or compact RN license is required, with a commitment to obtain a Florida license within 60 days of relocation if applicable. BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA) certifications are required, while CNOR and BSN credentials are preferred. Attention to detail, calm under pressure, and a passion for excellence in surgical outcomes are key.
