As Director of Surgical Services, you’ll oversee a dedicated team across the OR, SPD, PACU, pre/post, and endoscopy — guiding innovation, elevating standards, and inspiring future leaders.

What’s Needed:
Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN required)
3+ years of leadership experience in Surgical Services (Manager or Director level)
Current RN licensure in good standing
CNOR and/or CSSM certifications preferred
Proven ability to lead large teams (70+ FTEs) and build strong physician/staff relationships
Expertise in advancing patient safety, quality measures, and operational efficiency
