What they need
They are seeking a strong RN leader with deep operating room experience and a proven background in surgical services management. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. You must hold an active RN license and obtain BLS certification within required timeframes. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2–3 years in a formal management or director-level role, with demonstrated success leading high-volume OR environments and robotics programs. You’ll oversee OR, GI, PACU, Pre-op, and Pre-admission Testing, managing clinical quality, financial performance, physician collaboration, and staff development.
