What they need: A seasoned perioperative leader with at least five years of OR leadership experience, ideally within a robotics-driven, high-volume surgical environment. A bachelor’s degree in nursing is required, with graduate education preferred. A New Mexico RN license (or eligibility), strong communication abilities, decisive judgment, and a proven track record developing teams and driving quality outcomes are essential. Candidates must hold BLS certification and be comfortable leading operations across OR, GI, PACU, Pre-Op, and Pre-Admission Testing areas while mentoring emerging leaders and reinforcing a culture of safety and satisfaction.
