What’s Needed:
We’re seeking an experienced healthcare leader with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least three years in senior administrative or management roles within surgical services or an Ambulatory Surgery Center. Strong operational, financial, and personnel management skills are essential. You’ll need a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, staff development, and physician relations. Ideal candidates are current or former RNs with ASC leadership experience and a proven ability to elevate performance and outcomes.
