What’s Needed:
The ideal candidate brings at least three years of progressive management experience in an acute care hospital, ambulatory center, or healthcare setting with demonstrated success in physician relations, program development, and strategic planning. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required, with preference for a Master’s degree. RN licensure in the state of practice is required. You’ll be someone who thrives at the intersection of clinical leadership, operational excellence, and strategic innovation.
