What’s Needed:
We’re seeking a nurse leader who brings at least 5 years of OR clinical experience and 3 years of management or charge nurse experience. A BSN and California RN license are required, with a master’s degree preferred. Strong leadership skills, ability to manage 24-hour operations, and a passion for mentorship and high-quality surgical care are essential. BLS certification is required.
