What we need:

Proven leadership experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center or hospital surgical operations with ASC exposure

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum Associate’s degree required)

3+ years managing complex surgical or ASC operations, including staff and budget oversight

Expertise in compliance, quality improvement, business operations, and personnel management

Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with physicians, staff, and stakeholders

Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive continuous growth and quality enhancements

Familiarity with surgical services across various specialties and managing multiple departments

Commitment to maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance and patient care
