What We’re Looking For:
A licensed RN in Oregon with a BSN or higher
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 3 years of OR nursing experience in an acute care setting
Proven leadership background (Charge Nurse, Shared Governance, etc.)
Passion for team development, patient outcomes, and OR operations excellence
