What We Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s in Nursing, Business, or related field preferred)
At least 5 years’ experience in surgical services or a related discipline
3–5 years of progressive management experience is a strong plus
Current Texas RN license required
Active BLS certification on hire (AHA within 60 days)
Specialty or administrative certifications welcomed
