What We Need:
🧑⚕️Proven leadership experience in Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) or hospital surgical settings with ASC exposure
📝Expertise in budget management, operations, and facility coordination
🛠️Strong background in regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and clinical services
📈Ability to manage staffing, financials, and vendor relationships efficiently
❤️Passion for fostering positive relationships among staff and stakeholders
🎓Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, with at least three years of experience in an administrative or management role
