What We Need:
Leadership experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or hospital surgical leadership with ASC exposure
A Bachelor's degree (required)
Strong background in business operations, staffing, budgeting, and compliance
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with medical staff and facility departments
Ability to develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement programs
A strong focus on maintaining high standards of care and compliance with accrediting bodies2-5 years of leadership experience required
