What We’re Looking For:
Active RN license in the state of practice
Associate’s degree in nursing required (BSN/MSN preferred)
2+ years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting
Proven communication and leadership skills that inspire team excellence
Ability to serve as a clinical role model and support strategic nursing initiatives
Solid operational awareness and a proactive mindset for resource management
